Full details of all our fees can be downloaded from our Welcome Pack
A non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable in order to reserve a place at Totspot. This fee holds your place for up to one month after the requested start date, after which time your place will be no longer held.
We request that parents book a minimum of 2 days or 4 sessions (mornings or afternoons) a week, the exception to this being if you wanted 2 sessions on our quietest day - Friday.
Nursery fees are calculated as follows:
Number of sessions per week x cost per session = Weekly Cost
Weekly Cost x 51 weeks (we are closed over Christmas) = Annual Cost
Annual Cost divided by 12 equal monthly payments = Standing Order Amount
Nursery fees should be paid by Standing Order and/or Childcare Vouchers on the first of the month.
Early Education Grants:
The Government offers 15 hours early education (term time only) to eligible 2 year olds and all 3 & 4 year olds. Working parents, subject to eligibility, are entitled to an additional 15 hours (term time only). Please call us for details of the packages we offer.
If you book extra sessions prior to your invoice being printed you will be charged in the current month. If you book extra sessions during the current month you will normally be charged for these the following month.
If you require an extended session in the afternoon it may be possible, dependent on numbers and staffing, to pre-book an additional hour at a rate of £6.00.
Only one hour can be booked as an additional hour – if longer is required this will be charged at the usual sessional rate.
If you are late picking your child up from the morning session (after 1pm) and it is not a pre-booked additional hour you will be charged £6 per hour (or part threreof) per child.
If you are late picking your child up from the afternoon session (after 6.15 pm) you will be charged £6.00 per 15 minutes, per child, to cover the additional charges incurred for staff overtime.
Non-payment of Fees:
We reserve the right to suspend the provision of childcare to your child at any time if you have failed to pay any fees (see fees policy). Any parent who falls behind with their payments will subject their child to being suspended until fees have been paid.
Full details can be found in our Fees and Payments Policy.
